Shipping Policy

Our goal at Royal Wine Coolers is to make the shipping process simple and easy. We offer free tracked standard shipping on all orders.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 5 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 5 business days (Monday - Friday) of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@royalwinecoolers.com.

All orders are usually delivered curbside only at this time.

Shipments may or may not require you to schedule a delivery appointment, if they do, please pickup and respond to calls from our carriers to book a time for delivery within 24 hours if you have missed the initial call to avoid any additional charges.

Please be aware that due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, shipping days and processing may take longer than usual. We are doing everything we can to expedite the process, thank you for your patience and understanding.


International Shipping:

We do not ship beyond the United States of America at this time.

Damages and Defects:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive while the driver is there if possible, DO NOT accept delivery if you notice any damage, you should make note of it upon delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@royalwinecoolers.com immediately and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

If you have noticed damages and defects within 48 hours after receiving your product, please notify us at returns@royalwinecoolers.com immediately with photos of the damage and we will arrange for a replacement and pick up of the damaged product.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
