Returns & Refunds

Refunds & Returns:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product(s), we have a 30-day return and exchange policy in which you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange for a full refund. If returns and refunds are requested after the 30 days, we may not be able to offer refunds, partial or otherwise. Refunds will only be issued to your original method of payment.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s)

  • Must be in its original unopened packaging, unused, uninstalled, undamaged and in new condition. Photos may be requested to ensure packaging has not been opened.
  • Must not have writing or any alterations/additions made to the unopened package.
  • Must not be sale/clearance items, custom order and special order.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that are returned are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee depending on the model.

If in the event you refuse delivery, you will be refunded the original purchase price minus our shipping costs to and from the shipping location.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.

We reserve the right to deny your return if we have received it and found it to be damaged, used or otherwise in an unacceptable condition upon our inspection. If the item was damaged, you may file a claim with your shipping carrier.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@royalwinecoolers.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be processed. We also will not accept any returns, exchanges or process refunds on orders made outside of royalwinecoolers.com.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We strongly suggest you consider using a tracked shipping service or purchase shipping insurance and provide us with the tracking number. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@royalwinecoolers.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@royalwinecoolers.com.

Please be sure your dimensions are accurate and correct before purchase.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Damages or Defects:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it upon delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@royalwinecoolers.com immediately and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

If you have noticed damages and defects within 48 hours after receiving your product, please notify us at returns@royalwinecoolers.com immediately with photos of the damage and we will arrange for a replacement and pick up of the damaged product.

Cancellations:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
